The Rowing Club of Strasbourg runs collective introductory sessions on Saturday mornings 9:15 and Wednesday afternoon 18:15. It is also possible for individuals to arrange an introductory session at different times by appointment. Initiations in English can also be arranged by appointment.

EQUIPMENT
No specific equipment is necessary, it suffices to have:
- A pair of sports shoes ,
- comfortable sports clothes, not too loose fitting,
- a cap or sun hat (for the hot weather),
- a bottle of water.
